Technology for Consistent Coffee

The Ascaso Dream ONE uses a high-performance Thermoblock with electronic temperature control, delivering thermal stability of ±1.5 °C. Coffee temperature is adjustable between 90 and 106 °C in 2 °C increments, so you can dial in the ideal extraction for any roast.

The entire water circuit is made of AISI 316 stainless steel. This guarantees that no metals leach into your drink (no lead or nickel migration) and reduces the risk of limescale build-up.

Energy efficiency: Thermoblock technology saves energy and the machine reaches operating temperature extremely quickly.

Professional Steam, Simple Controls

Enjoy professional espresso preparation at home. A powerful 20-bar vibratory pump ensures reliable extraction and a rich crema layer every time.

The cool-touch steam wand (10 mm stainless steel, 1-hole tip) is safe to handle immediately after use and allows you to texture milk foam for lattes and cappuccinos.

The machine comes with a comprehensive set of accessories: a stainless steel portafilter, standard filter baskets (7 g, 14 g, 18 g), pressurised filter baskets (7 g, 14 g), an ESE pod filter, a blind filter for backwash cleaning, an aluminium tamper and a shower brush.
