• All End: All dishes finish cooking at the same time, with notifications about when to insert dishes.
• Multi End: Different dishes finish cooking at different times, according to individual cooking settings.


FOOD COOKING MODES AND OPERATION
Cooking time: from 1 minute to 99:59 hours, continuous operation

CONVECTION MODE: temperature range from 30°C to 270°C
Convection cooking with 0% humidity: this method, commonly called convection, is designed for all food preparation methods when you want to achieve dry and crispy food.

STANDARD VENTILATION
• When this mode is selected, ventilation operates always (except for breaks designed to change rotation direction).

SEMI-STATIC VENTILATION: convection mode in temperature range 30-200°C
• When this mode is selected, ventilation stops when the oven reaches set temperature and heating is stopped.
Ventilation restarts when temperature drops and heating starts again.
• Maximum temperature 260°C, designed for grilling or browning.

VENTILATION SPEED
• 2 ventilation speeds with automatic reverse.
• Each time you press the icon, the oven switches from high speed to low and vice versa.

CONVECTION COOKING WITH HUMIDITY (COMBI): Temperature range from 30°C to 240°C
This method, commonly called combined, is applied when cooking food where you want to achieve soft and juicy food. In this mode (also called mixed mode), software controls steam production according to set value.

STEAM COOKING: Temperature range from 30°C to 130°C
Using this system, you can cook food very similarly to boiling in water. Pressureless steam ensures even and gentle food cooking, and food almost doesn't lose vitamins and minerals. Cooking time is much shorter than using water. In this mode, steam saturation in the cooking chamber is always the maximum that the oven can produce.

TEMPERATURE PROBE: Temperature can be selected from 20 to 100°C.

ΔT DELTA T function (for cooking large pieces of meat): Can be configured in temperature range from 1°C to 150°C (1-100°C in steam mode). Delta T cooking, based on temperature (T) difference (delta) setting, is a special cooking method where using temperature probe, a constant difference between chamber temperature and food product core temperature is maintained throughout cooking time.


AUTOMATIC CLEANING PROGRAMS
Save time and resources, are eco-friendly and ensure impeccable oven chamber cleanliness.
After food preparation, you can choose which cleaning program to run: short, medium, long, just rinsing or manual. Everything according to your needs.
• AUTOMATIC CLEANING provides access to various pre-installed cleaning programs (automatic or manual). Automatic cleaning system with tablets;
• SHORT CLEANING: This program is recommended if the oven is cleaned daily and/or there is little dirt;
• MEDIUM CLEANING: This program is recommended when washing is not very frequent and with medium amount of dirt;
• LONG CLEANING: This program is suitable for those who clean rarely. Depending on accumulated dirt amount, the cycle may need to be repeated more than once;
• RINSING: In this program, detergent is not used, but one rinse aid tablet can be used. Tablet use is recommended after cooking strong-smelling food. Tablet use is mandatory when restarting the oven if forced cleaning program was interrupted;
• MANUAL CLEANING: This program is designed for oven cleaning if automatic programs malfunction. When selecting the program, before pressing START, appropriate cleaning agent must be manually injected into the cooking chamber.


CONTROL PANEL DESCRIPTION
Convenient and clearly understandable control panel: 7-inch TFT LCD touch-sensitive 1024 x 600 pixel screen.
• In the center of the screen there are 6 large icons that can be used for basic oven cooking and cleaning functions.
These functions are:
- Manual food preparation. Cooking cycles performed in this mode can be saved even for second time, e.g., automatic cooking programs;
- Food preparation using automatic programs. Automatic programs (manufacturer's culinary book) are divided by food type. All user-created or modified programs from manufacturer's culinary book can be saved in special folders;
- Multi-functional cooking. This function allows preparing different types of food simultaneously. It's ideally suited for managing banquet food preparation;
- Preheating. Provides access to cooking chamber heating up to configurable temperature;
- Cooling. Provides access to cooking chamber cooling at configurable temperature;
• Automatic preliminary cooking program start;
• Audio and visual signaling when one of cooking stages is completed;
• Multilingual control panel: you can select one of installed languages;
• Calendar: This function allows setting: time zone, date and time;
• Selectable temperature ºC or ºF;
• Demo function: When DEMO function is activated, only screen and oven lighting work. This function is useful at fairs or showrooms to demonstrate oven operation while avoiding danger signal activation and potentially dangerous conditions.


SAFETY WARNINGS AND ALERTS
This type of oven can display 2 types of information:
- Danger signals (informing about malfunction and stopping oven operation)
- Warnings (which don't depend on malfunction and don't stop oven operation, but provide information that may be useful for better oven operation).
Other danger messages that the oven can display are:
- Boiler safety thermostat intervention;
- Chamber temperature probe failure;
- Outlet temperature probe failure;
- Temperature probe failure;
- Inverter failure;
- Water shortage;
- System overload;
- Open phase.
