The mixer in the refrigerated upper tank (6 L capacity) keeps the product at the right temperature and ideal density. The gravity system automatically replenishes the product — your ice cream always remains fresh, smooth, and ready to serve. Customers receive impeccable results every single time.
The cup presence sensor ensures precise dispensing for every portion. Is-Cream can be fully customised to communicate your business image: personalise the front panel to match your venue's style, making the machine a natural part of your space. The White model is available ex-stock; the dark colour model is produced to order from a minimum of 10 units.
GRAVITY SYSTEM
The gravity system ensures a constant, reliable flow even after many hours of continuous use. The coolant is topped up automatically due to the 6-litre upper tank, eliminating the need for any manual intervention by the operator.
DAY/NIGHT FUNCTION
This function enables absolute control over production and maintenance, both during the day and at night. The machine runs in production mode by day and maintenance mode by night.
