Every „Bras“ component is designed with care so that the machine keeps performing well for years. The company tests its products continuously, and its quality management system meets ISO 9001.

„Bras“ machines are sold in more than 40 countries, and the company’s customer service team supports you before, during and after your purchase.
The „Bras“ B-Cream HD 3 makes creamy ice cream, cold cream desserts, sorbets and granitas in three flavours at once, and its three clear 6 L tanks keep the desserts on show for customers. The machine takes up 60 cm of counter width.
Surfaces stay dry and the machine uses less energy: every B-Cream HD comes as standard with the patented E-COAT shell, which reduces condensation.
The shell is clear, so the dessert stays fully visible, and you take it off and put it back on without special tools.
You see the dessert temperature in real time on the backlit display and run the main functions with simple buttons.
The dessert is always ready to serve: the machine controls its density and temperature electronically, and an alarm alerts you if the temperature changes.
The machine dispenses every portion precisely: the sensor recognises the cup under the tap.
The illuminated lid and lit-up dessert catch the eye, and graphic decals, available on request, turn the machine’s large surface into an advert for your brand.
Choose a white body with brown sides or a black body. You can also order LED-backlit graphics, an illuminated LED WALL front panel and a key lock for the tank and lid, so only staff you give the key to can open them.
Brushless motor
Every dessert turns out just the way you want it: you set the stirrer speed to suit the consistency you need.
Day/night mode
The machine looks after the dessert around the clock: it runs in production mode during the day and storage mode at night, switching over on a timer you set.
Quick cleaning
You clean the B-Cream HD quickly and keep hygiene standards high with little effort: it has just a few parts, it comes apart easily, and the tilted tank is simple to empty.

The B-Cream HD 3 gives customers the widest choice: three flavours from one machine. For one or two flavours, choose the B-Cream HD 1 or B-Cream HD 2; for soft-serve, choose the Is-Cream with its touch screen and gravity feed.
