„Ascaso“ Big Dream T is a range of retro-style professional 2- and 3-group espresso machines: each coffee group is heated by its own thermoblock with PID control (±0.5 °C), and a separate 8.5 L stainless steel boiler supplies steam and hot water. You set each group’s temperature, doses and pre-infusion on a 4.2″ touchscreen, and the body of „Baydur®“ polymer and stainless steel dresses up a café counter.
- Big Dream T PLUS. These machines keep the heat all the way from the boiler to the cup: the groups, steam boiler and internal tubes are insulated, the groups have extra heating elements, and an active cup warmer warms the cups. Competition accessories come with the machine too. The Big Dream T ONE is no longer made; its pages show the recommended replacement, the „Ascaso“ Barista T.
- 2 or 3 groups. Two-group machines are 930 mm wide and three-group machines 1,189 mm (all 593 mm deep and 554 mm high), rated at 5,500 and 6,500 W respectively.
- Standard or raised groups. Every machine is ordered with standard groups (cups up to 9 cm) or raised groups (cups up to 12 cm).
- Colours. White and Black, both with walnut handles.
