Electric double deep fat fryer „Bartscher“ SNACK IV (2x8 L)

The „Bartscher“ SNACK IV is a table-top double electric deep fat fryer with two 8-litre tanks. Each tank is controlled independently and has its own 3.25 kW heating element and thermostat, so you can fry two different foods at once, even at different temperatures, with no flavour transfer. It is well suited to medium-sized catering businesses and snack bars.

• Cold zone: crumbs settle below the heating elements and don’t burn.
• A safety thermostat cuts the heating if the fryer overheats; press RESET to restart it.
• Oil or block fat: block fat can be melted in the fryer itself — the temperature knob has a marked melting position.
• Plug-in: no hard-wiring needed — the fryer plugs into two separate 230 V sockets.
• Side handles make the fryer easy to lift and move, and the housing has rounded corners.
