„Omniwash Group“ has been designing and building professional glasswashers and dishwashers for 40 years. Its factory is in the province of Monza and Brianza, one of Italy's most important industrial areas.

Every machine is made entirely in Italy, and a local production chain enables product traceability, prompt technical support and careful selection of raw materials.

Wash pumps

„Omniwash“ designs its wash pumps in-house. They deliver consistent results, cycle after cycle.

Rinse boiler

A system in the rinse boiler maintains the rinse water temperature, so items are rinsed properly.

Surface filters

Surface filters catch dirt and food scraps, so the wash water stays cleaner for longer. They are standard on Prestige machines and the Smart S60 and S60P, and optional on the others.

Low running costs

Peristaltic dispensers accurately control detergent and rinse-aid consumption. They are standard on Prestige machines and optional on the others (the Easy E35, Smart S35 and Smart S40 take only one). The Incoloy heating elements heat water quickly and help to save energy.

The control panel is simple and clear, and the wash and rinse arms are easy to remove and clean.

Three ranges

„Omniwash“ makes its machines in three ranges — Easy, Smart and Prestige.

Easy — undercounter glasswashers and dishwashers with electromechanical controls and a single wash cycle. They are easy to operate and have low running costs.

Smart — undercounter glasswashers and dishwashers with electronic controls, three wash cycles, a cold rinse function and a guaranteed rinse temperature, plus the S60 and S60P pass-through (hood-type) dishwashers with electromechanical controls.

Prestige — a glasswasher, undercounter and pass-through dishwashers and a pot washer, all with electronic controls. Peristaltic detergent and rinse-aid dispensers, a guaranteed rinse temperature, a guaranteed rinse pressure system, a drain pump, and stainless steel arms and surface filters come as standard.

Sustainability

To save water and energy, the manufacturer recommends running each cycle with a full basket.

It also advises using good-quality detergents, dosed according to water hardness — no more than needed.

„Omniwash“ uses production methods aimed at reducing emissions and improving material recycling, and its packaging is designed to use as little material as possible.

Compact glasswasher with electronic controls

The smallest glasswasher in the Smart range is just 425 mm wide and washes up to 270 glasses an hour.

The 350 × 350 mm basket takes glasses up to 250 mm tall. There are three wash cycles to choose from: 120, 180 or 240 seconds. Glasses are washed at 55 °C and then rinsed with 82 °C water from the boiler.

Compared with the Easy E35, the Smart S35 adds electronic controls with three wash cycles, a cold rinse function and a guaranteed rinse temperature.

The machine is made in Italy, and its body is AISI 304 (18/10) stainless steel.

Electronic controls

The control panel has buttons for cycle start, cycle selection, cold rinse and drain, and indicator lights show when the wash tank and the boiler are heating.

Cold rinse is handy in bars: glasses rinsed with cold water can be used straight away, without waiting for them to cool. With the guaranteed rinse temperature, the hot rinse only starts once the water in the boiler has reached the set temperature.

Washing and rinsing

„Omniwash“ designs its wash pumps in-house, and the rinse boiler is fitted with a system that maintains the rinse temperature. The Incoloy heating elements heat water quickly and help to save energy.

The wash and rinse arms are easy to remove and clean.

Standard equipment and optional extras

A mechanical rinse-aid dispenser and two baskets come as standard.

An optional peristaltic detergent or rinse-aid dispenser accurately controls the consumption of the chosen product.

You can also order a drain pump, a Ø 36 cm round basket and a polypropylene surface filter that keeps dirt out of the wash tank.

A drain pump is needed if the waste pipe is higher than the machine's drain outlet.

An automatic or manual water softener and a stand for the machine are available separately.

Installation and connection

The machine measures 425 × 455 × 640 mm; with the door open, its depth increases to 746 mm.

It runs on a single-phase 230 V, 50 Hz supply and has a total power rating of 3 kW. It needs a water pressure of 2–4 bar, and the supply water must not exceed 50 °C. The supply hose has a 3/4″ connection and the drain hose is 25 mm in diameter.
