Italian manufacturer • Since 1962
Italy's „CB“ began in 1962 with the lava rock grill and the planetary chicken rotisserie. Today the company keeps developing smart cooking technology that helps your professional kitchen reach its full potential.
MB „Restoranų įranga“ is the official distributor of „CB“ S.r.l. in Lithuania.
Patented technologies
„CB“ first used infrared cooking in 1993, and its „CB Cooking Innovation“ series combines two patented technologies: modulated infrared cooking and a self-cleaning system.
All under one roof
„CB“ develops and builds its equipment, and runs sales for more than 90 countries, from a single plant in Italy with automated sheet-metal lines and a laser cutting and welding system.
Tastings and cooking courses
In the „CB Academy“ kitchen-laboratory you can watch „CB“ equipment at work and join tastings, demonstrations and cooking courses. The company also develops new products and recipes there.
