STAINLESS STEEL BODY
The entire chassis is made of stainless steel. Corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and meets professional catering equipment hygiene standards.
PETG (TRITAN) BOWLS — BPA FREE
Shatterproof PETG (Tritan) bowls without bisphenols (BPA free). Food-safe, impact-resistant, and easily removable for cleaning.
R290 ECO-FRIENDLY REFRIGERANT
Eco-friendly propane refrigerant R290 — free of HFCs and HCFCs. R290 models are equipped with ATEX electrical components. Complies with current EU environmental regulations.
EASY CLEANING
All components are quickly disassembled and reassembled. Fewer parts mean shorter maintenance time, better hygiene, and simpler daily care.
MECHANICAL TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Internal mechanical temperature regulator allows for easy setting of the ideal beverage temperature in each bowl. Ensures uniform and stable cooling.

BRAS Maestrale Extra is a professional countertop cold drink dispenser designed for the uniform cooling and dispensing of non-carbonated beverages. With 3 independent bowls, you can serve different types of drinks at once: natural juices, iced coffee, tea, almond milk, or other cold beverages.
The dispenser is available in two versions: AA version with an agitator (mechanical drive) and P version with a fountain pump (magnetic drive). Both versions ensure uniform drink mixing and consistent temperature throughout the bowl. Standard equipment includes a rubber tap, while a gravity stainless steel tap can be ordered as an optional extra.
The device features a compact design, a stainless steel body, and a hermetic compressor with a protective mechanism. The air condenser does not require a water connection. Noise level does not exceed 70 dB(A).
