A lightweight digital vacuum packer
A compact Fimar machine for vacuum-packing food in bags and containers — for cafés, restaurant kitchens and shops.
The MSD/300P is an external (chamberless) vacuum packaging machine: the bag stays outside the machine and the air is drawn out through its open end. The sealing bar is 320 mm long. The plastic housing keeps the weight down to just 4.5 kg; the machine measures 390 × 310 × 140 mm.
The machine is automatic and has a digital control panel. A solenoid valve lets the sealing bar open quickly, and the oil-free dry pump (0.9 m³/h) reaches a vacuum of up to 80%.
