„Asachimici“ is an Italian company based in Vescovato (province of Cremona) that makes cleaners and descalers for espresso machines, milk systems and coffee grinders under the „Puly Caff“ brand; it created its first „Puly Caff®“ cleaner in 1961. Its quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (certificates valid until December 2026). Only some of its cleaners are certified by NSF International under Protocol P152; where this is the case, the product description says so.

For daily cleaning of the brewing unit of superautomatic coffee machines. Tub of 60 tablets, 2.5 g each (Ø 16 × 10 mm).
„Puly Caff Plus®“ Pastiglie are cleaning tablets made in Italy by „Asachimici“ that keep superautomatic (bean-to-cup) espresso machines running smoothly and every coffee tasting clean. They remove coffee residues and grease deposits from the brewing unit, the solenoid valve and the water passages, and keep the machine free of unpleasant odours. A superautomatic machine has an intricate brewing mechanism and coffee oils oxidise within 12–18 hours, so a machine cleaned every day keeps performing well for a long time.
The tablets are NSF certified under Protocol P152, which assesses commercial espresso machine cleaners for health effects and corrosivity. They comply with HACCP requirements, their raw materials are recognised by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and they also inhibit scale build-up.
Your coffee machine’s instructions give the tablet size it needs. We offer „Puly Caff Plus®“ Pastiglie in three sizes: 0.5 g (Ø 10 × 5 mm) — a tub of 70, 1 g (Ø 10 × 10 mm) — a tub of 100, 2.5 g (Ø 16 × 10 mm) — this tub of 60.
How to use
1 tablet
Every day, drop one tablet into the opening provided and run the cleaning programme as described in your coffee machine’s instructions.
One tub lasts for 60 daily cleanings.
The 2.5 g tablets also back-flush the group of a portafilter espresso machine: put 1–2 tablets into a portafilter fitted with a blind filter.
Safe use
Warning: causes serious eye irritation (H319). Wear protective gloves and eye or face protection. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. If in eyes: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes; remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do, and continue rinsing. If medical advice is needed, have the product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for aluminium. Close the pack tightly after use and store it in a dry, cool, ventilated place at up to 40 °C, away from heat sources, sunlight, acids and alkalis. For professional use only.
