The „Bartscher“ A150513 cooks up to 40 portions of rice in one go, then switches to keep-warm mode automatically, so the rice stays warm until you serve it.

It suits any professional kitchen, from à la carte restaurants to event catering — wherever large amounts of rice are needed, especially at peak times. The keep-warm function also helps at buffets and banquets.

The housing is made of stainless steel, and the removable inner pot is heat-resistant and has a non-stick coating. The silicone mat supplied sits on the bottom of the inner pot, so the rice comes out easily and the pot washes quickly.

Thermostat and condensate container

A safety thermostat switches the cooker to keep-warm mode automatically once all the water in the inner pot has boiled off.

The lid has a steam release valve, and when you open the lid, condensate runs into a removable container at the back of the cooker, so the worktop stays dry.
