A high-capacity brushed stainless steel knock box for busy restaurants and bars.
The Metal Exclusive KME is a brushed stainless steel knock box, 160 mm wide, 220 mm deep and 110 mm high, with a capacity of 3.5 l. Tap the portafilter on the bar and the puck drops into the box, so you're ready to pull the next shot.
What makes it practical
Each knock is muffled: the thick bar is soft silicone over an aluminium core.
The box stays put while you knock, thanks to two bolt-on rubber feet.
Other models
If a smaller box is enough, choose the Metal M KMM (2.5 l). To collect the grounds under your grinder, choose the Exclusive DXS drawer.
