Production
Every stage under one roof
„A.R.S.“ winds, encapsulates and tests its own coils, then assembles and tests its pumps on automated lines, all on its own 9 000 m² site.

This is a genuine „Ascaso“ vibratory pump, part I..292 — the „A.R.S.“ CP4SP PLUS, 65 W, 230–240 V, 50 Hz. It pumps water into the machine’s heating system — the thermoblock or boiler — and builds up to 22 bar. It is the pump „Ascaso“ machines are fitted with at the factory, so the new one goes straight in where the old one was: the fittings, mounting and wiring stay the same.
The pump fits „Ascaso“ Dream, Dream ONE, Dream PID, Arc, Basic, Steel and Steel PID espresso machines, as well as Bar, Bar Kap and Baby T, in their 230–240 V, 50 Hz versions. The ‘Fits models’ tab lists the machines and the years of the „Ascaso“ parts diagrams that show it. You can also check the label on your old pump: CP4SP PLUS, 230 V~ 50 Hz, 65 W.
The pump’s materials are approved for food contact (NSF 169, LFGB), and its electrical safety meets EN 60335-1 and EN 60335-2-41. The official „A.R.S.“ data sheet with the dimension drawing and flow curve is in the ‘Technical Data Sheet’ tab.
