Made from 100% pure homopolymer plastic that does not yellow over time and is certified for food contact.
Special raised outer base
- Keeps the tray slightly elevated above the work surface, preventing the bottom from scratching or getting dirty.
- The raised base does not take up space in the tray stacked below, leaving more valuable room for the dough to rise.
