Stainless steel water circuit
„Ascaso“ uses stainless steel for most parts in contact with water, from the heating elements to the filters. The steel is hygienic and resists limescale, so your coffee tastes good and the machine stays reliable.
Coffee in one minute
The electronically controlled „Ascaso“ thermoblock heats only when needed, which saves energy. You can brew coffee a minute after switching on, with a constant supply of steam.
The „Ascaso“ Dream ONE is a compact espresso machine that makes barista-style espresso and cappuccino, cup after cup.
The Dream silhouette, drawn by designer Marc Aranyó, has stayed just as it was, while the technology inside has moved with the times. The aluminium body is meticulously painted, and the machine uses very little plastic, so it is solid and built to last.

The Dream ONE is made for coffee lovers who want style and function in a compact machine. It brews one or two cups at a time and works wherever coffee is part of the day — from a home kitchen to an office kitchenette or a guesthouse.
Every shot is as good as the last: the PID controller keeps the water at the temperature you set.
Set the temperature to suit your coffee — from 90 to 106 °C in 2 °C steps.
Espresso turns out best when the gauge reads 9–12 bar. The pressure depends on the coffee and the grind, so you can see straight away whether you have got them right.
Match the maximum pressure to your coffee with the over-pressure valve (OPV), which you adjust from the outside.
Brew with ground coffee or ESE pods. With the pressurised baskets, espresso comes out well whatever the grind size.
Froth milk with 165 °C steam through the stainless steel wand, and set the steam flow precisely with the rotary knob.
The wand stays cool to the touch and swivels through 360°, so you can hold the jug at whatever angle suits you.
The same wand gives you hot water too — for tea or for warming cups.
Top up the water without moving the machine, and see at a glance how much is left.
The water tank, filter baskets and drip tray can go in the top rack of the dishwasher.
The Dream ONE and Dream PID have the same dimensions and design, and both have PID temperature control.

If you want to see the temperature and shot time on a display, programme two coffee doses and pre-infusion, and warm cups on top of the machine, choose the „Ascaso“ Dream PID.
Descale the machine with „Ascaso“ Coffee Washer: monthly if you make more than 10 coffees a day, every two months for 5–10, and every three months for up to 5. The same product also cleans the brew group.
Once a week, backflush the group with the blind filter supplied.
When the machine is left unused for a while, it switches to stand-by automatically.
The machine comes with a stainless steel double-spout portafilter, stainless steel filter baskets (7 g for one cup, 14 g and 18 g for two), pressurised baskets (7 g and 14 g), an ESE pod basket, a blind filter, an aluminium tamper and a measuring spoon.
You can also order a portafilter with a wooden handle and a wooden steam knob, or a bottomless portafilter — choose the one you want in the „Accessories - Options“ field.
