What it is for
The mixer is built for light work: a milkshake or other drink reaches the texture you want in one to two minutes.
Two speeds and a stainless steel cup
Two speeds — slow I and fast II — suit drinks of different thickness: you start slow and whip the drink at full speed.
You mix 200 to 650 ml of drink at a time, and the easy-to-read scale in the 0.95 L cup shows how much you have poured in. The cup, mixing rod and mixing discs are all stainless steel.
The colder the ingredients, the better the result: cold milk makes a thicker, frothier milkshake. For drinks with ice, add ready-crushed ice — the „Santos“ #09 ice crusher makes it for you.
A steady stand
A microswitch in the cup holder lets the motor start once the cup is fitted correctly, and four suction feet hold the mixer firmly on the counter. The housing and stand are made of painted sheet steel.

If you want a mixer that starts as soon as you fit the cup, with three agitators for different drinks, choose the „Santos“ #54; if you make two drinks at once, go for the „Sirman“ Sirio 2 VV.
Installation and connections
- Power supply: single-phase 230 V, 50 Hz, 400 W. Plug the mixer directly into its own earthed socket rather than a multi-way adapter or extension lead.
- Location: a level, stable, dry surface that resists water and heat, in a well-ventilated place and back from the edge of the table, with at least 10 cm to combustible walls and objects.
- Dimensions and weight: 160 × 205 × 500 mm, 6.2 kg.
Running and spare parts
You clean the mixing rod by running the mixer for about 30 seconds at speed I with about 250 ml of warm water and washing-up liquid in the cup, then once more with clean water. The cup goes in the dishwasher.
