Taiwanese manufacturer • Since 1968
Founded in Taipei in 1968, „T-Scale“ began with mechanical scales and now makes electronic scales and smart weighing systems. The company invests heavily in research and innovation and has developed its own weighing operating system.
From circuit board to finished scale
„T-Scale“ assembles its own circuit boards, machines parts and builds its scales on automated equipment designed by its own team, backed by a robust quality control system.
Tested to EU and US standards
Every „T-Scale“ product is rigorously tested to strict European and American standards, and its metrology quality system holds EU approval and US VCAP certification.
More than 80 countries
„T-Scale“ scales are sold in more than 80 countries, and the company also makes scales for major global brands.
2 g readability up to 6 kg, 5 g up to 15 kg, a stainless steel platform and initial verification included.
Weigh a single portion of a dish and up to 15 kg of ingredients on the same scale. Readability is 2 g up to 6 kg and 5 g from 6 to 15 kg, and the scale changes range automatically.
Initial metrological verification is already done and included in the price, so you can use the scale straight away for goods sold by weight.
You can read the weight from a distance and in dim light: the LCD has 25 mm digits and white LED backlighting. Indicators on the display show when the reading is stable (STABLE), when the scale is at zero (ZERO) and when net weight is displayed (NET). The reading updates every 0.1 s or faster, so you see the weight rise as you pour.
Weigh straight into a bowl or onto a tray: set it on the platform, press TARE and the display shows the weight of the contents alone. The ZERO key resets the display to zero, and the flat membrane keypad is quick to wipe down.
If your customer needs to see the weight too, choose the dual-display ZHW-15K-MRD version when you order.
The weighing platform is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which stands up to moisture and wipes clean easily. At 263 × 204 mm, it holds a bowl or a tray comfortably. The housing is ABS plastic.
Set the scale up wherever it is most convenient to work: it runs on its built-in 6 V / 3.2 Ah rechargeable battery or on the mains adapter supplied (12 V / 500 mA). With the backlight off, a full charge gives up to 60 hours of continuous use. You can set the backlight to automatic, always on or always off. When left idle, the scale switches itself off to save battery power.
The scale takes up 288 × 313 mm of worktop, stands 108.8 mm high and weighs 4.1 kg gross. It operates from −10 to +40 °C, so it also suits cool rooms.

Of the scales in the table with a capacity of 15 kg or more, the ZHW-15K-MR has the finest readability: 2 g up to 6 kg. If you weigh up to 6 kg and want 1 g readability up to 3 kg, choose the „T-Scale“ ZHW-6K-MR. To weigh up to 30 kg, choose the „T-Scale“ ZHW-30K-MR with the same platform, or the „TEM“ EKO-3040-30 if you need a larger 300 × 400 mm platform.
