„T-Scale“ ZHW-30K-MR — a dual-range scale for loads up to 30 kg

5 g readability up to 15 kg, 10 g up to 30 kg, a stainless steel platform and initial verification included.

Weigh a portion of a few hundred grams and up to 30 kg of ingredients on the same scale. Readability is 5 g up to 15 kg and 10 g from 15 to 30 kg, and the scale changes range automatically.

Initial metrological verification is already done and included in the price, so you can use the scale straight away for goods sold by weight.

A clear display and one-touch tare

You can read the weight from a distance and in dim light: the LCD has 25 mm digits and white LED backlighting. Indicators on the display show when the reading is stable (STABLE), when the scale is at zero (ZERO) and when net weight is displayed (NET). The reading updates every 0.1 s or faster, so you see the weight rise as you pour.

Weigh straight into a bowl or onto a tray: set it on the platform, press TARE and the display shows the weight of the contents alone. The ZERO key resets the display to zero, and the flat membrane keypad is quick to wipe down.

Platform and housing

The weighing platform is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which stands up to moisture and wipes clean easily. At 263 × 204 mm, it holds a bowl or a tray comfortably. The housing is ABS plastic.

Power and placement

Set the scale up wherever it is most convenient to work: it runs on its built-in 6 V / 3.2 Ah rechargeable battery or on the mains adapter supplied (12 V / 500 mA). With the backlight off, a full charge gives up to 60 hours of continuous use. You can set the backlight to automatic, always on or always off. When left idle, the scale switches itself off to save battery power.

The scale takes up 288 × 313 mm of worktop, stands 108.8 mm high and weighs 4.1 kg gross. It operates from −10 to +40 °C, so it also suits cool rooms.
