What it is for
You make about two kilograms of ice pieces for cocktails a minute (at the manufacturer's stated output) and set the piece size to suit the drink.
Cup, lid and blade assembly
You tip the ice into the 3-litre stainless steel cup and close the lid, and the blade assembly, turning at 800 rpm, crushes the ice. There is a microswitch on the lid.
The housing is painted aluminium alloy, and the cup and blade assembly are stainless steel. The ice crusher is made in Italy.
Comparison
The ROGM is our lightest ice crusher (5 kg): it crushes the ice in a closed 3-litre cup into adjustable-size pieces for cocktails.
