A compact Fimar machine for vacuum-packing food in bags and containers — for cafés, restaurant kitchens and shops.

The MSD/300 is an external (chamberless) vacuum packaging machine: the bag stays outside the machine and the air is drawn out through its open end. The sealing bar is 320 mm long. The housing is made of stainless steel; the machine measures 390 × 310 × 200 mm.

The machine is automatic and has a digital control panel. A solenoid valve lets the sealing bar open quickly, and the oil-free dry pump (0.9 m³/h) reaches a vacuum of up to 80%.

Bags and containers

Use only embossed vacuum bags: their textured surface has small channels through which the air is drawn out. Our bags and rolls up to 300 mm wide fit this machine — you’ll find them in our Vacuum bags category. A roll lets you make a bag of any length. The machine can also vacuum-pack food in containers with purpose-made lids.
