The CVE model with an oil pump

The deepest vacuum and the highest pump capacity in the CVE range, with a container vacuum kit and probe handle supplied as standard.

The CVE 420-OLIO is an external (chamberless) vacuum packaging machine: the bag stays outside the machine and the air is drawn out through its open end. The sealing bar is 420 mm long, so it takes bags up to 420 mm wide.

The oil-lubricated vacuum pump (4 m³/h) brings the residual pressure below 40 mbar. The housing is made entirely of stainless steel, and Valko’s VAS (Vacuum Automatic System) runs the whole packing cycle automatically.

Container vacuum kit included

The container vacuum kit and probe handle are supplied as standard. Connect the probe handle to the machine and you can also draw the air out of a container with a purpose-made lid — for example, a stainless steel GN pan.

The control panel has an on/off switch, a STOP button, a vacuum indicator light and a knob for setting the sealing time to suit the bag thickness.

Which bags to use

The machine works only with embossed vacuum bags: their textured surface has small channels through which the air is drawn out. Bags and rolls up to 420 mm wide are available in our Vacuum bags category. A roll lets you make a bag of any length.
