HIGH POWER: six 2.6 kW cast iron hotplates
This cooker is built for busy restaurant, hotel and catering kitchens: its cast iron hotplates are just as good at bringing large quantities of water to the boil as at keeping food hot.
The six hotplates have a combined output of 15.6 kW. Each round plate measures 220 mm in diameter, is rated at 2.6 kW and heats up to 400 °C.
The worktop and front panels are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Below the worktop is an open cabinet on height-adjustable feet.
