BREMA GROUP — MADE IN ITALY
A compact self-contained Pebble ice maker for bars, restaurants, buffet lines and preparation areas. Small, chewable 8 × 16 × 7 mm ice pebbles suit drinks, displays, food presentation, medical areas and SPA spaces.
UP TO 66 KG/DAY
The machine produces 57 kg per 24 h at standard conditions and up to 66 kg at optimal conditions.
10 KG STORAGE BIN
The integrated insulated bin keeps a practical ice reserve ready for busier service periods.
ICE PEBBLES
Pebbles are approximately 8 × 16 × 7 mm and about 91% dry, making them easy to portion.
R290 REFRIGERANT
The HC version uses natural R290 refrigerant and belongs to Brema's updated professional range.

Choose air or water cooling according to room temperature, ventilation and installation position.
AISI 304 BODY
Stainless steel, removable air filter, rounded internal surfaces and a dust-proof water basin.
Brema Ice TB 551 HC makes ice pebbles rather than cubes. They chill drinks quickly, spread evenly in GN pans or display counters, and are convenient wherever chewable, easy-to-portion ice is preferred.
This ice form works well for cocktails, frozen drinks, fish or food presentation, buffet lines, medical areas and SPA use.
The 450 × 620 × 680 mm body fits under a bar counter or in a service area, while tropical class operation supports ambient temperatures up to +43 °C.
The machine includes an AISI 304 evaporator, automatic water charge, electromechanical operation and a disappearing insulated door. Water consumption is 1 l/kg for the air-cooled version and 5 l/kg for the water-cooled version.
