Drink mixer „Santos“ #54
What it is for
The mixer whips liquid and creamy drinks: milkshakes, frappés, fruit or vegetable juice cocktails, punches, smoothies and drinks with syrup, ice cream or crushed ice. Most drinks are ready in under a minute.
A drink takes up to 20 % crushed ice, powders (such as instant coffee or milk powder) and soft ice cream, with at least 80 % liquid.
Three agitators for different drinks
Every drink has its agitator: the universal ball agitator whips cold milk foam, the soft rubber one makes milkshakes, and the long finned agitator makes frappés. The agitators screw onto the motor spindle with a simple twist.
With two cups — one stainless steel, one clear plastic — you whip a drink in one while you fill the other. Materials in contact with food comply with Regulations (EC) No 1935/2004 and (EU) No 10/2011 and are bisphenol-free.
Starts when you fit the cup
The mixer starts as soon as you fit the cup on the holder: the cup sensor starts the motor, and lifting the cup off switches it off. In the lower holder position, a cup waits its turn while the motor stays off.
You set the speed from 8,000 to 16,000 rpm with the knob on top of the motor head; starting at low speed keeps the drink from splashing.
The motor has thermal and overload protection, and the noise level is 63 dB(A) at 1 m. The motor head is mounted on a cast aluminium stand, and suction feet hold the mixer firmly on the counter.

If you make two drinks at once, choose the „Sirman“ Sirio 2 VV; if one cup and a narrower (150 mm) mixer are enough, go for the „Sirman“ Sirio 1 VV.
Installation and connections
- Power supply: single-phase 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz, 230 W. The power cord and plug are fitted — plug the mixer into its own earthed socket on a circuit protected by a residual current device (RCD) and a 16 A fuse.
- Location: a level, horizontal surface indoors, away from sources of heat, so that the suction feet grip well.
- Dimensions and weight: 182 × 186 × 530 mm, 5.75 kg.
Running and spare parts
Both cups, all three agitators and the deflector go in the dishwasher, and the cups stack inside each other when you put them away. The bearings are lubricated for life.
Wear parts — the agitators, the deflector and electrical components — are replaceable. Spare parts are ordered by the manufacturer's part numbers: stainless steel cup — 54101, clear cup — 54105, ball agitator — 54201, soft agitator — 54202, finned agitator — 54203.
