Bar blender „Santos“ #33 Evolution
What it is for
The #33 Evolution is built for light work at the bar, and in the kitchen it also prepares small batches of hot or cold food — soups, sauces, vegetable or fruit purées, creams and pâtés.
The duty cycle is 1 minute on and 1 minute off (EN 60335-2-64) — about the time it takes to blend a drink and serve it.
Jug, lid and blades
The jug goes onto the motor base and comes off again quickly, and its clear sides with volume markings show how much you have poured in. The lid has a removable filler cap, so you add ingredients while the blender is running and the lid stays on.
Strong stainless steel blades sit in a reinforced aluminium blade assembly. Materials in contact with food comply with Regulations (EC) No 1935/2004 and (EU) No 10/2011, and the jug is bisphenol-free.
The cast aluminium motor base is painted green (33E) or grey (33GE), or chrome-plated (33CE). Pick the finish that suits your bar in the ‘Colour’ field.
Two speeds and jug detection
A three-position LOW – OFF – HIGH switch gives you a low or a high speed, up to 16,000 rpm. The switch is waterproof.
The motor runs while the jug is in place: lift the jug off and jug detection stops it. This protects the drive coupling that links the motor to the blades.
A built-in thermal cut-out protects the motor from overheating, all mechanical parts are earthed, and every blender is tested at the factory after assembly.

Installation and connections
- Power supply: single-phase 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz, 600 W. The power cord and plug are fitted — plug the blender into its own earthed socket on a circuit protected by a residual current device (RCD) and a 16 A fuse.
- Location: a bar counter or worktop indoors, away from sources of heat, sloping by up to 10°. A working height of about 90 cm with the switch facing you is the most comfortable.
- Dimensions and weight: 180 × 180 × 420 mm, 3 kg.
Running and spare parts
The jug and all its parts — jug nut, blade assembly, seal, lid and filler cap — go in the dishwasher; the motor base just needs a wipe with a damp sponge. The bearings are lubricated for life.
The blades and the drive coupling are replaceable. Spare parts are ordered by the manufacturer's part numbers: complete jug with lid and blades — 33100, blade assembly — 33107. Part numbers for everything else are in the spare parts diagram on the ‘Technical Data Sheet’ tab.
