Up to 400 kg of mince an hour — for butcher’s shops, supermarket meat counters, delicatessens and caterers that mince meat in large quantities.
The TS 32 ECO has a 1.5 kW (2 HP) motor and takes Ø 98 mm plates (Enterprise #32). The feed opening is Ø 52 mm and the screw turns at 140 rpm.
Two versions are available: FTS138 for a three-phase 400 V supply and FTS139 for a standard single-phase 230 V socket. Choose the version in the “Electrical voltage” field.
The barrel, screw and ring nut of the mincing head are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the knife and plate are stainless steel too. The head comes off easily, so it is quick to take apart and wash after each shift.
A self-sharpening stainless steel plate with 6 mm holes is supplied as standard. Other Enterprise #32 plates and knives fit too, so for a finer or coarser mince you simply change the plate.
The body is pressure die-cast in a food-grade aluminium alloy and polished, with a stainless steel band around the motor housing. The smooth surface wipes clean easily.
Hardened steel gears run in an oil bath, the fan-cooled asynchronous motor is protected against overheating, and the controls operate at a safe 24 V.
The mincer has a reverse function: if sinew gets caught between the knife and the plate, run the screw backwards for a moment to clear the blockage.
The mincer comes with a removable mincing head, knife and 6 mm plate, plus a stainless steel tray and an ABS pusher. A sausage-filling kit can be ordered separately.
