For fine, even mince

A full Unger system with three plates and two knives — for when the mince has to be very fine and uniform, as it does for frankfurters.

The TI 32 RS Unger has a 1.6 kW (2.2 HP) motor and minces up to 500 kg of meat an hour. It takes Ø 98 mm (#32) plates, has a Ø 52 mm feed opening and drives the screw at 140 rpm.

The entire body is polished stainless steel, making the mincer sturdy, hygienic and easy to clean. It runs on a three-phase 400 V supply.

Full Unger mincing system

The meat passes through three plates — pre-cutter, 10 mm and 6 mm — and two double-edged knives, giving a fine, homogeneous mince. The pre-cutter gives the meat a first, coarse cut, and the 10 mm and 6 mm plates then mince it further.

The barrel, screw and ring nut are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the self-sharpening knives and the 10 mm and 6 mm plates are stainless steel too. The head parts come out easily, so they are quick to wash after each shift.

Dependable drive, safe controls

Hardened steel gears run in an oil bath inside a sealed gearbox for smooth, quiet and long-lasting transmission. The fan-cooled asynchronous motor is protected against overheating and suits long, demanding runs.

The controls operate at a safe 24 V. On this model the reverse function is an optional extra — tick the box under “Options”.

What’s included

The mincer comes with two double-edged knives, three plates (pre-cutter, 10 mm and 6 mm), a stainless steel tray and a food-grade ABS pusher. A sausage-filling kit can be ordered separately.
