Stainless steel meat mincer „Fama Industrie“ TI 32 R (FTI138R)

A powerful, heavy-duty mincer

Up to 600 kg of mince an hour — for supermarkets, restaurants, hotels and large butcher’s shops where the mincer runs for hours without a break.

The TI 32 R has a 2.2 kW (3 HP) asynchronous motor that maintains its performance even under sustained load. It takes Ø 98 mm (#32) plates, has a Ø 52 mm feed opening and drives the screw at 140 rpm.

The entire body is polished stainless steel, which protects the mechanism and is easy to keep clean. The mincer runs on a three-phase 400 V supply.

Removable stainless steel head

The barrel, screw and ring nut are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the knife and plate are stainless steel too. The head comes off easily, so it is quick to take apart and wash after each shift — essential where hygiene standards are high.

A self-sharpening plate with 6 mm holes is supplied as standard. Other Enterprise #32 plates and knives fit too, so for a finer or coarser mince you simply change the plate.

Dependable drive, safe controls

Hardened steel gears run in an oil bath inside a sealed gearbox, giving steady, reliable power transmission and keeping wear to a minimum. Thermal protection safeguards the fan-cooled motor against overheating on long runs.

The controls operate at a safe 24 V. A reverse function is fitted as standard: if sinew gets caught between the knife and the plate, run the screw backwards for a moment to clear the blockage.

What’s included

The mincer comes with a removable mincing head, knife and 6 mm plate, plus a stainless steel tray and an ABS pusher. A sausage-filling kit can be ordered separately, and a larger Ø 76 mm feed opening is available at extra cost — tick the box under “Options”.
